WHO WE ARE
Sirico has been operating for over 45 years amongst the leading companies in the field of project design and consultation in quality catering systems for communities, completing some of the most important installations, both as new initiatives and as renovations, such as hotels, tourist resorts, self-service, shopping centers, company restaurants, school and hospital cafeterias.

The Origins
Sirico was born in 1974 as the Italian branch of Becuwe Thomselle, a prominent French catering equipment manufacturing company. In 1979, it became a completely independent Italian company, which not only operated in the supply and installation of catering equipment, but also executed projects for complete installations of catering systems.
The rapid evolution in the technology for food preparation and distribution, the elevated number of meals to offer, even in a single structure, and the consequential necessity of making use of specialized systems for these innovations (centralized refrigeration systems, waste treatment, ventilation and air conditioning in large kitchen areas, fire prevention systems specifically used for exhaust hoods, etc.), convinced Sirico to become a highly specialized organization in the field of equipment, consultation and project design for catering systems and laundries.
For these reasons, Sirico and its team are always more focused on the conception and development of project designs, first basic, then detailed and, finally, operative, rather than the supply and installation of equipment.
This is who we are: attentive to the unfolding developments in the field and ready to apply them with practical judgment, always able to create works that satisfy like custom-made clothing.
The resources and energy necessities, the regulations requisites and all other local and economical implications are evaluated professionally, so that the preparation in question can be carried out without improvisation, in order to choose, case by case, the most advantageous system to apply.
In this way, the Clients can refer to Sirico's detailed specifics, on the basis of foreseeable costs, in order to make a final choice before deciding upon a proposal for their work program.
Through the years, Sirico has fully tested this type of operation, which has been certified and reinforced through a continuous collaboration with the most important national and international companies in the field.
Sirico has worked with its technicians, specialized in all areas of catering systems, to complete the kitchens of hotels such as Villa d'Este, Principe di Savoia in Milan, Four Seasons in Florence, Milan, Baku, Azerbaijan, and in Kuwait City, and for the important amusement park, Dreamland, in Cairo, Egypt.
Also among Sirico's renown Clients are the central kitchens for Milano Ristorazione, Sole e Sabbia in Sicily, and for Naples, designed to accommodate large catering service companies, and those for universities and prestigious company restaurants, such as those for UBS, 3M, Pirelli, Hewlett Packard, Assicurazioni Generali, Nortel Networks, Computer Associates, Publicis Groupe and many in Italy and elsewhere, all the way to Africa, for Texaco and Shell.
Recently, because of the extension of its activities to national and international partners, with added special packages created to improve performance in the catering systems processed, Sirico has become Sirico Associati Srl.
